Hi, I'm Natalie Hollenberg Stal

I’m the proud founder of MyStrongMe, where I support women and FIFO partners in reclaiming control of their lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My journey here has been anything but straightforward. With a background in both the mining industry and health & wellness, I experienced firsthand the unique challenges of the FIFO lifestyle.

My husband has been a FIFO worker for over 14 years, and while we’ve embraced this lifestyle, it brought a fair share of struggles, especially as I navigated raising young children and finding my own identity.

There was a time when I felt completely lost. Transitioning out of mining to focus on building our family left me disconnected from my own needs and intuition. I struggled to understand what I truly wanted out of life. I wasn’t honouring my intuition, I felt misaligned with my husband when he came home, and I didn’t have a healthy relationship with my body.

It was through my own healing journey, one that involved working through limiting beliefs, childhood conditioning, and stories from young adulthood, that I began to transform.

I started to rebuild the connection with my intuition, deepened my relationship with myself, and cultivated a healthier, more harmonious relationship with my husband. This transformation was possible because I committed to doing the inner work to understand and release old patterns that no longer served me.

This personal growth fuelled my desire to help others. I combined my education in Personal Training, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Time Line Therapy with my own psychic intuitive gifts to create a holistic approach that blends science-backed methods with deep, intuitive guidance.

This unique combination allows me to help my clients uncover and shift limiting beliefs, trust their inner wisdom, and make empowered decisions that feel aligned.

Now, I help women embrace their bodies, reconnect with their own truth and lives they love. I guide families in navigating the complexities of FIFO life, helping them communicate better, resolve conflicts, and build relationships that are resilient and deeply fulfilling.
